Group Training (Outdoor Fitness Training & Athletic Conditioning): Are you looking for a fun and cost-effective way to get personal training? Our large group training sessions will inspire and challenge you.
Group training is a great way to compliment your personal workout routine and/or our private training workouts. You’ll enjoy the variety of programming and the social atmosphere. Some people can’t afford regular private training. In this case, group training is perfect. Exercise outdoors, for a 75-minute session that is a complete body-mind workout in a stimulating outdoor setting. Our workouts take place in all environments – urban city parks, rural areas, mountain trails, beaches and sports fields. (5+ participants)
Small group (3-4 participants): Are you looking for personal training but want to save money? Then small group training is right for you. In small group training you will enjoy the added motivation that the group dynamic provides and will find that it enhances your own training efforts helping to accelerate success.
Partner Training (2 participants): A great option for those who want to fit in a workout and spend quality time with someone they care about.
Personal/individual training: Are you looking for training that is focused on challenging you and will help you achieve your best? Then our personal training option is right for you. Our trainers are focused on you and your needs physically, emotionally and nutritionally. We develop a plan, with you, to help you achieve your goal whether it be sports training, functional fitness, weight loss, nutrition or lifestyle management.
