OUTDOOR FITNESS TRAINING

Transform your body and sharpen your mind with a workout that goes beyond the gym. Developed by Jennifer Lockwood, this program turns trails, parks, and urban landscapes into your ultimate training ground.

The Experience

Our 75-minute sessions integrate the natural terrain to challenge your body and refresh your spirit. By blending cardio, resistance, and agility training, we ensure you stay motivated and see real results.

  • Burn 500–800 calories per session.

  • Total Body Conditioning: Tone muscle, build agility, and improve flexibility.

  • The Biophilia Effect: Use fresh air and nature to slash stress and boost mental clarity.

Jennifer Lockwood is an OAF Level II Certified Trainer with 19 years of experience. She is dedicated to helping you move toward your goals—every step of the way.

PERSONAL & PARTNER TRAINING

Partner Training:  Workout and spend quality time with someone you care about.  Available at your home and our outdoors.  Partner sessions are 60 minutes in length.

Personal Training:  Working out one-on-one with a trainer ensures that you receive individualized attention which will help you master your exercise technique and will allow your trainer to monitor your progress and make regular adjustments to your program.  You can train in a beautiful park setting, in your own backyard or your home.  Save the time, driving and parking, we’ll come to you!  Personal Training is the absolute fastest, safest and most effective way to achieve and maintain your fitness goals!  You will receive unparalleled motivation and coaching from your training.
