At PEAK fitness NW, FUN is a top priority! Our programs are about embracing new challenges and rediscovering activities you love. Clients come to us to feel better, look great, improve health, live longer, lose weight, and build muscle. We believe that if we can make workouts enjoyable—and make the reason for exercising fun—our clients will stay committed to their goals for life.

Staying motivated to stick with lifestyle changes is tough. While many start fitness or nutrition programs with great intentions, 70% drop off within months. At PEAK fitness NW, we have a plan to prevent this. First, we ask clients about their fitness goals. Then, we help them create a personal fitness 'bucket list'—goals unrelated to their body, like hiking the Grand Canyon or learning to paddleboard. Training for something fun turns workouts into play!

Our adventures inspire clients to train beyond body image. The sense of accomplishment from activities like hiking, running a half marathon, bungee jumping, or whitewater rafting stays with them, fueling their drive to keep pursuing their goals and dreams.
