PEAK Nooner Fitness:
is a FUN 30-minute time efficient workout that allows you to balance work, family and fitness while giving you more free time. A noontime workout will free your mind, solve problems and help you to create new ideas.
Joining this team workout may cause side effects like calmness, alertness and an upbeat attitude.
Play like you did when you were a kid – explore the outdoors, challenging your balance on curbs, walls, rocks, jumping, skipping and spinning.
