1, 30 minute AT HOME workout
We meet inside the SE 60th & SE Salmon gate park entrance. The entrance is actually about 1.5 blocks on SE Salmon, enter through white gate & drive 100-200 yards – there will be parking the right side of the road. Look for my green Honda Element with Rocket box & bike rack. We will meet at my car & leave for the workout at 6pm!
