“You Name It”: Cardio & Core

Cardio & Core: high intensity interval training that will challenge your anaerobic system (short duration, “heavy” breathing exercise) utilizing the agility ladder, mini-hurdles and BOSU; combined with core strengthening exercises that target your “6-pack” abs, obliques, back muscles along the spine, glutes and pelvic floor.
5 weeks of complimentary workouts to your strength and total body conditioning workouts.
Minimum 5 participants
5 week commitment, 5, 60-minute sessions = $60, savings of $65
3 weeks, 3, 60-minute sessions = $60, savings of $15
1 time trial, 60-minute sessions = $25
