High intensity interval training incorporating quickness, agility, speed and power exercises alternating with core strength and endurance building targeting the abdominals, obliques and low back areas.
Workouts will utilize the agility ladder, BOSU balance trainers, mini hurdles, stability balls, medicine balls and TRX suspension trainers challenging the body from all directions.

These workouts are 60-minutes complete body-mind workout incorporating the outdoor terrain in any environment. Cardiovascular, resistance training, balance, agility and flexibility are addressed in each boot camp style workout.
